National 

All orders are processed and delivered between 2 and 5 working days for Portugal mainland and between 10 and 12 for Açores and Madeira  (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive the order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

International

All orders are processed and delivered between 10 and 12 working days for international orders (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive the order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Delays may occur at times of high volume of orders or problems with the delivery service that are beyond our control, such as during campaigns and sales, for example. In such cases, please contact us at info@vugalli.com.

For shipments in Europe we have the incentive of offering free shipping from 220 euros.
